Two billing models, pick by usage

Monthly plans suit steady usage and a fixed allowance each month; data packs are billed by total volume, valid until used up and never expiring — a better fit for business trips, travel or short-term projects where usage fluctuates. Prices and data amounts are shown right on the cards, and the dashboard checkout shows the same numbers.

Valid Until Used Up · Never Expires

Data packs are not tied to a billing cycle: you buy a set amount and use it at your own pace, valid until used up and never expiring — an idle month never wipes it. You can hold one alongside a monthly plan and check the remaining total in the dashboard at any time.

Who each of the three monthly plans is for

Choosing a plan comes down to one question: roughly how much data will you use in a month? Below are the usual scenarios to help you decide — if you are unsure, start with the middle plan and upgrade later if you need more.

Light · ¥9.9/month, 60GB

Suits one person on one or two devices, mainly browsing, document collaboration, email and messaging. About an hour of 1080p video a day also fits within the allowance.

The catch: if you watch 4K for hours every day or run frequent bulk downloads, 60GB will run out early. If that happens you do not need a new account — upgrade to the next plan in the dashboard; the difference is prorated by remaining days and takes effect immediately.

Standard · ¥18/month, 250GB

This plan covers most individual users: work traffic during the day, 4K streaming in the evening, plus AI tools for Q&A and document work — 250GB usually still has room left at month's end.

It also works well for two people sharing one account. One caveat: if three or more devices at home stream 4K for long stretches at the same time, you may hit the cap before month's end — for that pattern, go straight to the high-volume plan.

High-Volume · ¥28/month, 500GB

Built for family sharing and multiple always-on devices: TV boxes, computers, phones and tablets connected at once, plus background traffic from cloud sync and system updates — 500GB leaves a comfortable margin.

The allowance also resets monthly on your activation date and never rolls over just because you used less. If you only need it for a few days on occasional trips, a monthly plan is not the best fit — a data pack works out better.

What every plan includes

All three monthly plans and all three data packs are identical on these points; the only differences are the data allowance and the billing model.

  • Unlimited simultaneous devices — phones, computers, tablets and routers can share one account
  • 110+ countries / 160+ routes, covering IEPL dedicated, relay and direct route types
  • The route list shows streaming support, so you can pick your exit region as needed
  • Clients for five platforms: Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux
  • Re-fetch your subscription link in the dashboard at any time — no new order needed when you switch devices
  • 7-day refund, no questions asked — just open a ticket in the dashboard
  • Payment methods: Alipay / WeChat / USDT
  • Sign-up requires no email address — a username and password are all you need
  • All traffic is protected with bank-grade encryption

Billing, resets and upgrade rules

Three rules are all you need to remember: monthly plans reset on your activation date, upgrades are prorated, and data packs never expire.

Data resets monthly on your activation date

Monthly plan data does not start on the 1st of the month — it starts the day you activate. Order on the 5th, for example, and your allowance returns to the plan's full amount on the 5th of every following month. The cycle follows your own usage period, so activating mid-month never leaves you with only half an allowance.

Mid-cycle upgrades are prorated by remaining days

If the light plan runs short halfway through, upgrade to the next tier right in the dashboard. The difference is prorated by the remaining days, the upgrade takes effect immediately, and your allowance and reset date then follow the new plan. No need to cancel and reorder, and nothing you have already paid for goes to waste.

Data packs are valid until used up and never expire

Data packs are not tied to a time frame: the 300GB, 1000GB and 3000GB tiers are yours once purchased, deducted as you use them, and whatever is left stays there. Ideal for business trips, travel or short-term projects, or as a top-up to a monthly plan when your allowance runs tight.

Check allowances and orders in the dashboard

After purchase, head to the user dashboard: the overview shows your current plan, remaining data and expiry date, while the orders page keeps a record of every payment. Switching devices does not require a new order — just re-fetch the subscription link in the dashboard and import it into your client.

If you are unsure which tier to pick, estimate from your actual usage over the past month: browsing and documents only, go light; daily 4K or AI tools, go standard; several always-on devices at home, go high-volume. If your usage swings up and down, buy a data pack instead.

Payment methods and checkout

Orders are placed in the user dashboard, tied to the same account as your plan, and your subscription is ready as soon as payment goes through.

Alipay

Choose Alipay on the orders page and scan the QR code to pay. Once payment succeeds, return to the dashboard and your plan status updates automatically.

WeChat

Likewise, choose WeChat Pay on the orders page and scan the QR code. If the page has been open for a while, refresh the orders page to see the latest status.

USDT

For users who prefer to settle with digital assets. Transfer to the address and amount shown on the orders page; once the payment is confirmed, your plan activates automatically.

Four steps from sign-up to connection

Step one, create an account: no email address required — a username and password are all it takes, and you go straight into the dashboard. Step two, choose a plan: pick a monthly plan or a data pack on the plans page; all three monthly tiers and all three data packs can be purchased at any time. Step three, pay: choose Alipay, WeChat or USDT, then return to the dashboard once payment is done. Step four, get your subscription and import it: copy the subscription link from the overview page, import it into the Windows, macOS, iOS, Android or Linux client, pick a route and connect.

A subscription link works like account credentials, so do not forward it to others; to use it on a new device, just sign in to the dashboard and fetch it again. No other personal details are needed anywhere in the process — sign-up asks for a username and password only.

How the 7-day refund works

A 7-day refund, no questions asked. If the routes or clients do not meet your expectations after purchase, just open a ticket in the dashboard — no explanation needed.

  1. Sign in to the dashboard, go to the tickets page and open a new ticket with a refund request in the subject.
  2. Add your order number — you can copy each one from the orders page in the dashboard, so it is clear which payment to refund.
  3. Wait for processing — support checks the order status and replies to the ticket, and the refund goes back to your original payment method.
  4. Confirm receipt — how long it takes depends on the payment provider's own processing speed, and USDT also needs on-chain confirmation.

Billing and refund FAQ

Below are six frequently asked questions about pricing, resets, upgrades and refunds. For more, browse the Help Center by category.

When does monthly plan data reset?

It resets monthly on your activation date. Activate on the 5th, for example, and your allowance returns to the plan's cap on the 5th of each following month. The cycle is not tied to the calendar month, so it never shifts earlier or later.

How is the cost calculated if I upgrade mid-cycle?

The price difference is prorated by the remaining days, the upgrade takes effect immediately, and your allowance and reset date then follow the new plan. Upgrades are done on the plans page in the dashboard — no new account needed.

Do data packs expire?

No. Data packs are valid until used up and never expire, and you can hold one alongside a monthly plan. For a short top-up before or after a business trip or holiday, a data pack is more flexible than a monthly plan.

Which payment methods are supported?

Alipay, WeChat and USDT. After placing an order, just choose a payment method on the orders page in the dashboard; once payment succeeds, the dashboard updates your plan status automatically.

Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?

Yes — a 7-day refund, no questions asked. Open a ticket in the dashboard with your order number, and the refund goes back to your original payment method. You can find each order number on the orders page in the dashboard.

How many devices can be online at once on one account?

Unlimited. Phones, computers, tablets and routers can share one account — all three monthly plans and the data packs work the same way, so there is no need to buy separately for each device.
